Notice is hereby given that the Downtown Investment Authority (DIA) Board of Directors will meet virtually on Friday, December 18th, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. via Zoom teleconference. The purpose of this meeting is for the Downtown Investment Authority Board of Directors to conduct a workshop regarding Ethics and General Counsel training, an agenda of which can be found at the bottom of this meeting page.
