Christian Harden is a Managing Partner of NAI Hallmark and currently oversees company operations and brokerage services division. He brings a wealth of experience in commercial real estate advising with expertise in acquisition/disposition, leasing, asset management, development and operations. Mr. Harden has successfully leased over 4 million square feet of office and industrial space, with a total transaction consideration of over $150 million since 2009.

Mr. Harden represents institutional owners, private companies, investors and developers in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and management of commercial real estate assets. As a Tenant Representation Expert, Mr. Harden works with clients to identify and align strategic business, financial and operational objectives with real estate requirements through acquisition, renewal, relocation, expansion or consolidation services.

Mr. Harden provides a consultative and holistic approach in assisting companies address their cultural, financial and operational issues with a specific focus on reducing their real estate spend. Focused on exceeding client expectations, Mr. Harden has a proven record for creative problem solving, execution processes, timely responsiveness and attention to detail. This type of performance provides solutions for complex real estate transactions that are financially beneficial to his clients.

Mr. Harden received a BA in Political Science from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of North Florida.
