NOTICE is hereby given that the Downtown Investment Authority (DIA) Board will meet Wednesday,  October 16, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., in City Hall at St. James Building, 117 W. Duval Street, 1st Floor, Lynwood Roberts Room, Jacksonville, Florida 32202.
 
All interested parties are welcome to attend.
