Lori Radcliffe-Meyers joined the DIA in September 2019.  Prior to joining the DIA, Ms. Radcliffe-Meyers worked for the County of San Diego as a Land Use Environmental Planner II where she served as the project manager for discretionary projects submitted to Planning and Development Services. She served as the lead on multiple projects and worked with various departments to ensure conformance with the San Diego General Plan, the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Zoning Ordinance.

Prior to working for the County of San Diego, Ms. Radcliffe-Meyers worked for the City of San Diego as an Assistant/Associate Planner in Development Services. She worked on both Discretionary and Ministerial projects reviewing associated landscape plans. She also ensured projects were meeting the City’s landscape ordinance and reviewed projects for conformance with California’s Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance (MWELO).

Ms. Radcliffe-Meyers has an undergraduate degree in Anthropology from the University of New Mexico and has a master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Arizona. She holds a second master’s degree in Geographic Information Systems Technology, also from the University of Arizona. Ms. Radcliffe-Meyers is married and has one daughter.
