As a residential community land developer and sole proprietor of DAWSON DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, INC., my primary goal is to meet the needs and desires of today's homebuyers. With 41 years of experience in the industry, I have developed a keen understanding of the real estate market and the evolving preferences of homebuyers within Clay, Duval, and St. Johns Counties.  I have worked with a number of professionals, including architects, engineers, contractors, and landscape designers, to create communities that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also enjoyable, functional and sustainable.  Also, I am committed to working closely with local governing bodies to ensure my developments are in harmony with the surrounding neighborhoods and enhance the quality of life for the residents.
 
W.B. Dawson owned the first saloon on Bay Street, bought the land now called Queens Harbour and was involved in the development of the Seminole Hotel and the Kress Building. Following in my great-grandfather’s footsteps, I am proud to be part of an industry that plays a vital role in shaping the future of Northeast Florida.
